"The Journey Within" Journal Activity Book

This Journal Activity Book was made for the individual who wants to start "The Journey Within" Not sure what that means? For me personally, I catch myself falling short of pouring into myself freely with everyday life, transitions, and obstacles that happen whether we are prepared or not. With these actions, I was able to slow down and check in with myself without having to feel guilty and make some adjustments on my own accord. Each Activity was made to See You, Understand You, & Be True to You. With each exercise completed, the goal is to get closer into making sure your personal needs are met within self. Nowadays we look for quick fixes to long term problems and this Activity Book is not going to make all your problems go away, but it is a fun and easy way to start the Journey within.
