Same Day Dispatch:
Same day dispatch is available for indicated titles only. Order before 6pm Monday-Friday for dispatch the same day.
Delivery Lead Times:
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will be forwarded to our delivery partners for delivery to your selected address and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email including tracking number.
Standard Delivery lead times (An Post):
Ireland and Northern Ireland: 2-3 working days
UK (except NI): 3-7 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
USA & Canada: 6-10 working days
Rest of World: 8-12 working days
Single item or multiple items fulfilled and dispatched in one delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once we have sent your items to our delivery partners for shipping to you.
Multiple Item Order:
If you have ordered multiple items, these may be dispatched in separate deliveries. You will receive an email with tracking information each time we have sent your items to our delivery partners for shipping to you.
If you have pre-ordered an item, this will be dispatched once we have received stock from the publisher/ supplier. You will receive an email with tracking information once we have sent your item to our delivery partners for shipping to you.
Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed.

If there is no one available at the premises to sign for the package, you will receive a collection notice and your package will be held for collection at your local An Post depot. You can collect your item by calling to the local delivery depot. You will need to bring some photo identification with you and reference the tracking number above when collecting.
Deliveries within Ireland: Free delivery on all orders within ROI.
Deliveries to UK: €8.00
Deliveries to Europe & USA: €10.00
Australia & Canada: €15.00
Rest of World: €25.00

We accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch provided the goods are still in saleable condition (no tears or writing, sealed packs must be unopened etc.) A copy of the order confirmation email or invoice must be included so we can identify the return as yours. Please Note: Refunds can only be applied to the original method of payment.

Change of mind returns
Return via Post Office:
(Republic of Ireland and International)
Post the goods back to us, via your local postal service or preferred courier. Enclose the invoice or order confirmation email. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer for change of mind returns.

Return Your Order for Free by visiting any Dubray store:
Simply take your returned items and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email with you into your local store within 28 days of dispatch. The staff there will arrange a refund onto the original payment method used for the order.
