Bill Philipps's early life was not promising - a broken home, homelessness, a drug-addicted mother. But he moved up and out, studying opera at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He found that music, in a deeply spiritual way, enabled him to tune in to and develop the psychic-medium abilities that dated back to his childhood. He decided to honour this calling, come what may.
