Lucy Hall is a burlesque dancer in 1930s London. When not dancing, she is an independent private investigator of unsolved crimes. Extremely independent. This time, it's all about redemption: at the theatre, where the girls are questioned about their way of life, and at crime scenes in the slums of 1930s London where a priest worships the wrong kind of idols.
