Franklin Sanderson is your typical energetic nine year-old boy. He loves sports, playing with his friends, and

spending time with his family. All was well and fine in the Sanderson household until Franklin was diagnosed with heart disease during an appointment with the cardiologist. In shock and struggling with this new setback, Franklin is in need of all of the love and support that his family and friends can provide to help him power through the disease and ultimately, bring back his smile.
