The Barefoot Therapist

The Barefoot Therapist records the Ward Battle, among other poems, which feature public sector cuts, drugs ECT, a mad society, the medical establishment, revolution, stifling bureaucracy, people power, patriarchy, worker burnout, and stories of individual struggles. These are poems that highlight the present mental health crises in the midst of political, social, and economic turbulence.
