Scruffy and the Secret Life of the Queen

Fun for kids aged 10 to 110, and grown ups with a sense of humour... In 1993, the Queen needs a publicity stunt to cheer everybody up, because the royals are arguing about who left the lights on in Windsor Castle. Adopting a messy mongrel will be just the thing!

Scruffy's got lost chasing another dog that stole his bone. His human companions are searching everywhere for him, but so are some criminals - Scruffy has something that they really want. Along the way, he has a rather regal encounter.

Will Scruffy find his way home? Will Scruffy recover his bone? And what does the Queen get up to when she isn't playing snakes and ladders in Buckingham Palace?
