Published in paperback to accompany the exhibition John Ruskin: Le Pietre di Venezia at the Ducal Palace in Venice (10 March-10 June 2018), which focuses on Ruskin's writings and discoveries in The Stones of VeniceFeatures 175 new photographs of Venice's buildings, many of which have been cleaned since the first edition was published This edition includes 45 more illustrations than the original edition, amongst them drawings from Ruskin's Venetian notebooks and four of his recently rediscovered daguerreotypes of Venice, made as studies for The Stones
