Rapulani

Rapulani! is about a feisty young girl with a magical afro. She has to fantastically navigate her awkward and uncomfortable feelings, using her magical hair, after she experiences loss. When her new stepmom tells her "It's time to do your hair!", she thinks her hair will be snipped off. She runs away on a marvellous adventure with her brush dog, Brussels, until she remembers what she is leaving behind.
