The Giannettis are thrilled to interpret the lifestyle dreams of their clients and design properties to fulfill those dreams. Eleven houses in a wide range of styles, from a modern desert glass box to a warm beachfront contemporary to a historic country East Coast farmhouse, showcase the creative work of architect and designer Steve and Brooke Giannetti. Though stylistically diverse, including new builds and remodels, these homes contain common threads found in all Giannetti projects, specifically, the use of natural materials-stone, wood, and plaster. Quirky elements add character; human scale and old materials provide charm. Everyone is connected through the same power-the power of home and creating the environment that fulfils one's soul. Philosophically, Steve and Brooke believe a home should evolve over time, working with the natural materials and textures within it to bring a soul to a place.
