Our Town Series Featuring Simon and Sophia

Morals and values come from our family, our schools, and our place of worship. The founding fathers realized that people with good values make a good citizens and encouraged the development of strong families, schools, and churches.

In the early days of Slinger, children were taught at home or went to school at the local church. Three churches were established in Slinger with a lot of hard work by many people.

Things are not always perfect in life. Communities can help when things aren't going well. Good communities share resources so everyone has a chance to get a good job and make a decent living.
