Christopher Merrill is a highly regarded writer both inside and outside the academy, he is the director of the International Writers program at Iowa and is often send abroad by USIA and other international organizations. His nonfiction work has brought him critical acclaim and therefore he is well known in literary circles and to segments of the general public.This is his first new collection of poetry in twelve years.
