Everyone needs a healthy dose of cuteness and tasty food to help them get through the grueling work week - even aliens bent on taking over the world! And so the Evil League's fearsome General, on his days off from battling the Earth's Rangers for control of the planet, will savor his time off by going to his favorite cafe to linger over a panda latte.
