Moody Ebony and Happy Luke

Ebony and Luke go on an adventure discovering the connection between mood and food. The gut-brain connection is powerful. When Luke eats good food, his mood improves. When Ebony eats bad gut food, she becomes moody. In our gut, we have trillions of microbiome bacteria. These bacteria signal information from the gut through to the brain via the vagus nerve (sensory highway) that makes us either happy or sad, depending on the food we consume.
