I Am Enough

Take your journey back to wellness… After suffering with poor mental health since 2014, leading to various visits to A&E and hospitalisations, I decided to create a journal to help aid my recovery and help me find myself and recover my identity. The journey of creating this journal has allowed me to tell myself once again that 'I am Enough.' The journal is filled with activities and tasks, goal settings and points of reflection, doodles and creative tasks that have helped me in recovery, and working through the journal will hopefully help others with their journeys back to wellness and to the point where they too can tell themselves, 'I am Enough.'
