Retired council administrator George Barry heads to a Spanish resort hoping to rekindle his marriage. Instead, boredom awakens his long-dormant alter ego: Fairness Man. When the Palm Oasis Social Committee launches a fiercely patriotic 'Great British Week' to keep local culture at bay, George rebels.
