Fireside Tales of Tolworth

'Fireside Tales of Tolworth' is a collection of reminiscences of the people who lived in Tolworth, Surrey during the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. In addition there are contributions from Debbie McGee, the wife of magician Paul Daniels. Debbie lived in Tolworth with her family as a girl and attended Tolworth Girls School. There are pictures of the boys at Tolworth Central School in 1948 and a story of how David Bowie launched his first Ziggy Stardust tour at the Toby Jug pub on the Kingston bypass.
