The designed objects that surround us when it comes to menstruation, birth control, conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood vary as oddly, messily, and dramatically as the stereotypes suggest. The book features a prologue by Erica Chidi and a foreword by Alexandra Lange.
