Death's Bright Day

Captain Daniel Leary and his cybrarian friend Adele Mundy think they've earned the quiet life. But there is a rebellion in a distant, but politically critical, star system and high officials are determined to get the lifelong friends involved. The odds in guns are badly in the enemy's favour. And even if Daniel and Adele succeed in battle, they can't be sure their employers really wanted them to win.
