This book harnesses thinking from different coaching approaches and specifically addresses the need to be aware of, acknowledge and respond to different national cultural norms that can impact the effectiveness of individuals and teams.Written by two authors who have worked as both individual and team coaches with clients from multiple countries, this book looks at how the existential framework of a coach needs to absorb the national cultural lens as well as those from an individual's personality or professional background.
