CIMA P2 Advanced Management Accounting

P2 is concerned with how to create value for the organisation through the effective management of costs, quality and capital investment. P2 also considers how to measure and manage the performance of the organisation and of divisions within the organisation. Finally, P2 considers the importance of risk management. In all of these areas the focus of P2 is on managing performance over the medium-term in order to create value.
