Butterfly Gardening

Many butterfly species in the UK are declining in natural habitats. Our gardens can be not just places where some species can find shelter and food but a habitat where they can breed. This book shows you how to encourage butterflies to your garden, however small, by managing it to be butterfly-friendly and by advising on which plants provide nectar for the species that are happy to make our gardens their home. There is advice on which food plants to grow for butterfly caterpillars as well as how to look after your garden through the seasons to ensure it is a haven for some of our most lovely insects.
