Buddha and Christ As Religious Teachers

It has been said that there are two figures in hitstory of whom people asked , not who are you?, but what are you?.One was the Indian sage Siddhatta Gottama, and the other was the Jewish prophet Jesus of Nazareth, known as Christ. Each of these men, was a spiritual giant. Each was the fountainhead of a world religion which across centuries, has claimed the allegiance of millions of men and women and has shaped the course of civilization, one in the East, and one in the West.
